Family Means No One Gets Left Behind
With all these puppies, kittens, dogs and cats going out to new homes, its hard to think that there are other ages of animals in shelters for them. Sadly there is, senior pets, and they're often ignored by people when adoptions happen. This blog is to raise some awareness for these timeless individuals with their infinite love and trust that is waiting to be shown. Even though there is some gray in their muzzles, their love is as young as a puppy's.

Wouldn't they cost more to take care of?It is a possibility to have to pay more to care for an older pet, because of health issues and things of that nature, but paying for a puppy is expensive as well, getting their shots and check ups. Puppies have to be trained as well, so that is additional cost for training pads, extra treats, and quite a bit of cleaning spray. With both young and old, we all have problems, but with the old you can spare your floor from the mighty stains.

Love is Timeless, and so is Trust
No matter what age of dog or cat you get, they will love you unconditionally. Even if they don't trust you at first. You have to give it time, and like a flower, the love and trust blossoms into something beautiful.

GO TO YOUR LOCAL SHELTER AND HELP OUT
There are so many animals stuck in shelters, and more out on the streets. Those on the streets become more and more feral, which makes it harder to help them find their loving owners. If you're reading this, and you are financially stable enough to handle it, help out the shelter and adopt a pet. If you can't do that, go and volunteer to help out there, so you can help take care of these pets.
